James Blair

James Blair brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Carrot.

• Former COO of Raindrops and B+J Studios: James has extensive startup experience as a founder, developer, designer, operator, and leader.
• Pre-Crypto Career: Before entering the crypto space, he founded a successful digital consultancy agency after selling his first startup in 2013.
• Notable Clients: Worked with prestigious clients like the United Nations, American Heart Association, and RWJF.
• Solana Ecosystem: Fully immersed in the Solana ecosystem since 2022, James's deep understanding of this space significantly contributes to Carrot’s success.

Jack Rieck

Jack Rieck's deep technical skills and innovative solutions are instrumental in driving Carrot's success.

• Former CTO of Raindrops: Jack has extensive experience in developing and overseeing complex technical projects.
• Professional Experience: Built distributed event messaging systems at SendGrid/Twilio, showcasing his expertise in scalable infrastructure.
• Solana Contributions: Worked on MEV infrastructure in Solana, enhancing the network's efficiency and reliability.
• Product Development: Designed and built the suite of Raindrops contracts and backend infrastructure, powering products like Boots, the DAA Higher Self upgrade, and Claynosaurz Egg hatching experiences.
